What is an Ideal Protocol?

Lion's Mane and Cordyceps (1-2ml) is an excellent start to the day with energy and brain boosting benefits.

Chaga and Turkey Tail (1-2ml each) can be added as well, anytime during the day. 

Reishi (1-2ml) is bet in th evening to help unwind but can also be taken during the day.  It can help soothe so its great after a long day but can also help reduce stress in the beginning of the day as well.  

Can I take this in the evening close to bed?

Reishi is great to take before bed.  The others can be as well, but Cordyceps may increase energy levels.  While it's not 'stimulating' per se, it can elevate energy making it less appealing to want to sleep.  

Is there any caffeine within this set? No.

Can I add this to tea, water or coffee? Yes! Tinctures are great as an added topper for different beverages. It can be taken directly as well. Both work! 

Why tincture form?

Tinctures are a full spectrum liquid extract that provides a very rich and bioavailable form of the constituents found in these ingredients.  We extract and filter so the contents become readily available to your system.

Is there alcohol content? We use a mild amount of local, organic alcohol for both stability (shelf life) and full spectrum capture of alcohol soluble components.  We use only about 1/3 alcohol, so for every 1ml dosing you are only ingesting .3ml, a very minute amount.  

What is the shelf stability? We recommend using this product within 1 year, although it can last for longer due to its stability.  After 2 years, we recommend reordering.

Is this healthy? We chose each of these natural ingrdients to not only support vital energy and perforamnce, but also support your overall health.  There are numerous studies outlining the benefits of Cordyeps mushrooms, ginseng and maca root, for example, on levels of stress, inflammation and the immune system.

How do I take it? We personally like the flavor, but if its too strong, you can easily add to water, tea, coffee or another beverage.  Adding 1ml to water with electrolytes is a great way to go.
